Vacation Property Overview

Hilton Head Rentals & Golf offers this comfortable 3rd floor villa (in a building with an elevator) that is within walking distance to both a nearby complex pool and the beach. An end unit with wooded views the living area offers a sleeper sofa, plus more comfortable seating to enjoy the TV and DVD player. The dining area seats six and the kitchen is just beyond that but still with views of the whole room. Out the sliding glass doors to the private balcony with lounge chairs and table and chairs. The villa includes wireless internet access plus free tennis.

The master has king bed and TV along with a shower/tub combination in the private bath. Off the hallway there is a stack-able washer/dryer. The guest room has two double beds, TV, mini-fridge, micro and another private balcony along with a private bath with shower tub combo.

This unit is also dog friendly but there is a 2 dog max with a combined weight of 125 pounds. There is an additional non-refundable $50 Village House pet registration as well as the $100 non-refundable pet fee.
