The first floor has cathedral ceilings, comfortably cushioned furniture including a sleep sofa, and a TV hidden in the armoire. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated recently and the dining area, which seats 6, has sliding glass doors to the expanse of lawn and lovely marsh views.
Both bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, balcony overlooking the marsh, particularly beautiful at sunset, and a private bath with tub/shower combination, while the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV, balcony overlooking the courtyard, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. Also included are laundry facilities and free wireless internet access.
Tennis players can walk across the street to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, which offers clinics and lessons, and take advantage of the one free hour daily of court time. Next door golfers can reserve tee times to play Harbour Town Golf Links, where the PGA holds its RBC Heritage Tournament every spring. Also within walking distance is the Harbour Town Yacht Basin and Marina, where motor or sail boats can be rented along with kayaks, which are great for exploring the shallow waters along the marshes edge, or try parasailing over Calibogue Sound, take a dolphin watch excursion, or try deep sea fishing. There is a wide array of galleries, shops and restaurants as well as entertainment along the water's edge. For some beach time, rent a bike and head to Sea Pines Beach Club, or just stay near the townhouse and enjoy the pool in the middle of the complex.
