Located on a peaceful, well-landscaped lot with a walkway running to a private dock on a saltwater lagoon, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a screened in pool* and patio with grill in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes can be a wonderful hub for a family vacation. Brightly decorated, the first floor of the home has a large living room with fireplace, a dining room with seating for 8, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and a game room complete with flat screen TV, pool table and sleeper sofa.

There are also 2 bedrooms on the first floor including the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and TV and shares a bathroom with walk-in shower with the game room. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms which share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, one with 2 queen-sized beds, TV, and lovely lagoon view, while the other has 1 queen-sized bed and TV, as well as a view of the shimmering lagoon. Also included are laundry facilities and free wireless internet access.

This home is just a short bike ride to the wide beach edging the grand Atlantic Ocean. Bikes are easy to rent and a great way to get around using the designated paths. Tennis players can hop on a bike and head to the Palmetto Dunes Racquet Club for some court time or take advantage of clinics and lessons. There are three designer golf courses in the resort, each with challenges and beautiful scenery. For a change of pace, rent a kayak and leave from the private dock to explore the amazing wildlife living in and around the 11 mile system of connected lagoons. Or head across William Hilton Parkway to Shelter Cove, which houses a marina, shopping, and restaurants. At the marina, boats can be rented, a fishing outing chartered, or a sunset cruise in search of dolphins can be arranged.
