Beautifully decorated, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fifth floor (penthouse) villa offers panoramic ocean views from the wall of windows in the living area as well as from the master bedroom. Located in the gated Shorewood complex in South Forest Beach, the villa has an open floor plan. The kitchen, recently renovated, has granite counter tops and opens to the dining area, with seating for 4, and the living room, with well-upholstered furniture including a sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors to a large deck overlooking the pool, as well as providing grand ocean views.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom plus access to the large deck. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV, and a private bathroom as well. Also included are laundry facilities, and free wireless internet access.

For an alternative to the miles of beach and breaking waves, the complex has a large pool, heated seasonally, along with a children's pool and bathrooms. Tennis courts can be reserved at Van Der Meer Tennis Center in Shipyard, and golf enthusiasts can reserve tee times at one of the many courses in both Sea Pines and Shipyard Plantations. Bikes can be rented at Coligny Plaza, which is within walking distance and has more than 60 shops and a variety of restaurants. Dolphin watch zodiac tours, boat excursions to Savannah, or watercraft rentals are available at marinas around the island including South Beach and Harbour Town, both on Calibogue Sound in Sea Pines, or nearby Palmetto Bay Marina.
