The formal dining room has plenty of seating and is surrounded by windows and has french doors that open to the covered balcony, and a staircase leading down to the deck surrounding the private pool with jacuzzi*. Also on the main level are a laundry room and 2 bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, TV with DVD/VCR, and a private bath with dual vanities, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and 2 walk-in closets. The second bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a TV with DVD/VCR player and a private bath with shower.
On the second floor is a small kitchen area complete with microwave, mini fridge, sink and ice maker, next to a large living area with breakfast table, gaming table, huge flat screen TV plus DVD/VCR player, and a wall of windows providing sunlight and framing marvelous views of the waves rolling into shore plus french doors opening onto the balcony. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, TV with DVD/VCR player, and provides 270 degree, mesmerizing ocean views from two overstuffed chairs in the bay window sitting area as well as french doors to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Of the 3 remaining bedrooms, one has 2 double beds, a TV with DVD/VCR player, and private bath with tub/shower combination. For a diversion, there are tennis courts and clinics available at nearby Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and a choice of three, 9-hole golf courses at Shipyard Golf Club or three 18-hole courses in Sea Pines Plantation. Several marinas are nearby, including South Beach and Harbour Town, or Broad Creek, where motor and sail boats can be rented along with jet skis and kayaks, or nature tours including dolphin watch cruises can be arranged. Bikes are a great way to get around using the designated paths and it’s just a short ride for shopping at Coligny Plaza, which has more than 60 stores and a variety of restaurants along with a movie theater.
