Vacation Property Overview
Every vacation property is different, and that is why we at Hilton Head Rentals & Golf offer a detailed description on all our rental properties. This warm and attractive villa, with a porch right on one of Sea Pine Plantation's many lagoons, is a comfy and cozy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath escape guaranteed to provide rest and relaxation. Located approximately halfway between Harbour Town and The Sea Pines Center, both with restaurants and shops, you have an easy walk or bike ride to either. Equally convenient is that this villa is located midway between the resort pool with lounge chairs, shade trellis and restrooms and 2 tennis courts.
The living and dining areas are painted a sunny yellow and have practically a wall of windows overlooking the lagoon. The living area offers a bright yellow, green, blue and coral plaid sleeper sofa, 2 cozy chairs, and a TV/VCR/DVD player. The wood dining table has 6 chairs, a matching hutch, a slider to the porch where 2 chairs and a table are perfect for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments.
The moss green painted kitchen, fully stocked, is located off the tiled entry as has white appliances. There is a half guest bath and laundry room off the entry as well.
The second floor is comprised of a master king and a twin bedroom, both with white wicker furniture, TV's, lagoon views, and ceiling fans. The king bedroom is decorated in refreshing whites and tans and provides a private master bath with an overhead skylight above the oval shaped tub combination shower. The pale green twin bedroom also has a DVD player and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination and the bedding is a bright plaid with greens, yellows, and corals.
This villa is in a great location. The beach club of Sea Pines is just an easy bike ride away!
