Vacation Property Overview

This end unit, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second story French country villa, offered by Hilton Head Rentals and Golf, in the scenic Evian complex located in the gated community of Shipyard Plantation is only a short walk or bike ride to Shipyard Beach Club and the miles of white sand edging the Atlantic Ocean.

The villa has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen that opens to the dining area surrounded by windows and French doors to the balcony overlooking a peaceful lagoon. The living room is generously proportioned and well furnished including a sleeper sofa, TV with DVD/VCR player, and fireplace. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV and private bathroom while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. In addition to laundry facilities and free wireless internet access, guests have use of the complex's pool and lighted tennis courts as well as the beautifully landscaped grounds surrounding a 5 acre lake, benches along charming paths, a gazebo, and a picturesque footbridge over the water.

Golfers can challenge their skill by playing any of the three 9-hole courses at Shipyard Golf Club while tennis players can work on their game at the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, which offers a variety of clinics and lessons for all ages, also within the plantation. To take a sunset dinner cruise on, or paddle a kayak along the marshy edges of Calibogue Sound, there are two marinas nearby, South Beach and Harbour Town, both in Sea Pines Plantation. Head east on Pope Avenue to Coligny Plaza, which has over 60 shops and a variety of restaurants as well as a movie theater, and nearby are some local watering holes. To leave the car parked and enjoy the beauty of the Lowcountry, bikes are easy to rent and a great way to get around using the many designated paths.
