The main floor has a spacious great room with lots of well cushioned comfy furniture, a fireplace, a large flat screen HDTV, and a wall of windows and sliding glass doors to a screened-in porch with a table and chairs, 4 rocking chairs, and a 2 person porch swing. The kitchen is well equipped including a breakfast bar, and next to it the dining area with a huge long pine table and benches to handle a crowd.
Also on the first floor is a master bedroom with king-sized bed, TV, overstuffed chairs, and sliding doors to the front porch as well as the en suite bath with spa tub and dual sins plus shower. A second bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed, TV, and sliding glass doors open out to the front porch with 2 rocking chairs, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has 2 twin beds and TV. There is also a half bath on the main floor.
Upstairs is a second master bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV/VCR combo and master bath with a combination shower and tub. The second bedroom on this level has 2 queen beds plus a TV and private bath.
The ground floor is a great place for kids. There's a family room with sky blue walls and whimsical paintings plus a glow-in-the-dark-moon, a flat screen HDTV and overstuffed furniture. There are also 2 sets of bunk beds and an array of games including a ping-pong table. Adjacent to the area is the 6th bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. Just outside is the private pool, and a partially covered patio with an assortment of outdoor furniture and grill.
The wide band of sandy beach is just a short walk away. For bike rentals and over 60 shops and restaurants, head to Coligny Plaza. To reserve a little court time or try the links, head to either Shipyard Plantation, with Van der Meer Tennis Center and 27 holes of golf, or Sea Pines Plantation with Sea Pines Racquet Club at Harbour Town and three golf courses. Harbour Town also has a marina where sport fishing, kayaking, and dolphin watch tours are all available.
