Designer decorated in Tommy Bahama West Indies style, with quality appointments throughout, the main floor has an open plan with 10 foot ceilings, beautiful moldings, and tile flooring. The foyer, with a half bath to the left, opens to a staircase and the living area with stylish sofas and large windows surrounding the room on three sides, offering views of the pool, patio, and palms as well as glimpses of ocean. Just beyond is the dining area with elegant table and chairs plus sliding glass doors to the patio and pool. For tee times, golf aficionados can head north for a short distance on William Hilton Parkway to Port Royal Plantation, which has three courses from which to choose. For shopping, movie theaters and restaurants, go a little further north on Hwy. 278 to Port Royal Plaza and Pineland Station on the left, or on the right to Northridge Plaza. To spend the day investigating the waters around Hilton Head Island, head south on . 278 to Shelter Cove Marina, where both sail and motor boats are available, fishing trips or a romantic sunset dinner cruise can be arranged, or visit the shops and restaurants along the marina's edge.
