From the entry courtyard with bubbling fountain to the panorama of beach and Atlantic Ocean from the deck overlooking the private pool* and gazebo with separate heated hot tub, is the perfect place for gathering a clan for a wonderful seaside vacation. Multi-level, the main floor entry has a half bath, then opens to a formal living room with ample, well upholstered furnishing and a large flat screen TV over the fireplace. Adjacent is the dining area with seating for 12, which opens to the renovated kitchen which boasts an over-sized Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer plus granite counter-tops and rich dark plum color cabinets. Adjoining is the media room with several comfortable sofas facing a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. Amenities included are free wireless internet access and laundry facilities.
Four bedrooms are on the main level. The first has a king-sized bed, TV, private bath with walk-in shower, plus access to the pool area, while the second bedroom has a king-sized bed with TV, private bath and step-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, the second with 2 queen sized beds, each have TVs, private baths with tub/shower combinations, plus sliding glass doors to the patio and pool area. Down a few stairs is a den with sofa and large flat screen TV plus Blu-ray player. Next to the den is a large bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds, a flat screen TV with DVD player, and access to a hall bath with walk-in shower.
On the second floor is another den with a desk, a small sofa, plus TV with DVD player. The large master suite is adjacent to the den, with a king-sized bed, large windows framing the vista of pool and rolling sea, and an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanities, separate water closet, plus a large walk-in closet. Beyond the den is a large deck overlooking broad beach, sea and sky, with a spiral staircase down to the pool and patio. Only accessed from the deck is a private suite with a king-sized bed, private bath with step-in shower and flat screen TV.
For activities beyond the beach, tennis players can enjoy a free hour of court time daily at South Beach Racquet Club, which is just across the street from a bike rental facility and the marina, where guests can arrange to take a zodiac ride in search of dolphins, go para-sailing, or enjoy a meal at the Salty Dog while watching boats dock. Golfers can make tee times for one of three courses inside the plantation, each with its own set of challenges. For a little shopping, entertainment, or additional dining options, guests can head over to Harbour Town, take in the view from the light house, or enjoy live entertainment under the Liberty Oak.
