This 2 story 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom home is the ideal setting for a grand reunion of family and friends. Situated in Sea Pines Plantation, a gated community, there is room for 18 to take advantage of all this home's amenities, starting with the lap pool and waterfall spa* to the 3 separate areas for sunbathing including a lovely brick patio with tables, chairs and grill and raised deck by the boardwalk to the beach.
The first floor has an oceanfront den with queen-sized sleep sofa, wet bar, refrigerator, TV, DVD player, and comfy chairs for enjoying the marvelous views. Also on this floor is the laundry room and 4 bedrooms, all but one oceanside, with access to the patio, pool and beach. Three of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, TVs, DVD players, and private baths, 2 with jacuzzi tubs. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds, with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, plus a private bath with shower.
On the second floor, the kitchen has new appliances and opens to a dining room that seats 14, and a breakfast area for 4 plus a wet bar with bar stools. The living area is spacious and open, with a large flat screen TV mounted over the brick fireplace, and spectacular views of sun, sea and sky through the screened-in porch that runs the entire length of the house and has tables and chairs for dining or lounging.
There is a second den with a sleep sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, access to the screened-in porch, plus 3 bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms, one with twin beds, and one with a king-sized bed that also has a flat screen TV, DVD player and access to the screened-in porch, share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, DVD player, access to the screened-in porch, and private bath with a double vanity and shower. Free wireless internet access is included.
In addition to all the other amenities, tennis players have one free hour of court time daily at the Sea Pines Racquet Club. Golfers have a choice of making a tee time on the Heron, Ocean, or Harbour Town Links courses, all with gorgeous views and challenging holes. To see the true beauty of the Lowcountry, there are many bike and walking paths which wind around placid lagoons and beneath live oaks draped in Spanish moss. A trail ride out of Lawton Stables or walk through Sea Pines Forest Preserve is a wonderful way to observe the remarkable wildlife. For a bit of shopping, entertainment, and dining, there are several spots in the plantation including Sea Pines Center, South Beach Marina, and Harbour Town Yacht Basin, where boat rentals can be arranged as well as shopping and dining along the edge of the marinas.
