You'll feel right at home in this villa with its open floor plan and comfortable furnishings. You can even bring the family dog*! The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, built in shelving, a flat screen TV and is open to the dining area that seats 4. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and tile flooring. The master bedroom has a king sized bed that is so comfortable that it mimics the "Heavenly Bed" experience offered at luxury hotels. The mast also has a private bath with tub and shower, and access to the balcony. There is a half bath that can be accessed from the hallway for other guests. Free high speed wireless internet is also included.
Just steps away from the villa is a beautiful pool, that is seasonally heated, and outdoor spa. The complex is seemingly secluded due to the lush landscaping. A few steps beyond the pool is the vast Atlantic Ocean. Take a swim in the calm waters, go for a jog or bike ride on the beach, or lounge the day away with a good book and the soothing ocean breezes.
Guests have access to a number of other activities on the Island. For tennis players, there are a number of options, including the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, located on the main road leading to the Palmetto Dunes gates, and features 23 clay and 2 Nova ProBounce courts, six courts are lighted for night play. Palmetto Dunes also boasts 3 courses within its gates: Arthur Hills, George Fazio, and Robert Trent Jones, all providing challenging play and beautiful scenery. If water sports are more your thing, Shelter Cove Marina is just across Highway 278 and has boating and fishing excursions and a number of water sports to try, such as para-sailing, jet skiing, and kayaking. Shelter Cove also has many shops, galleries, and restaurants. During the in-season, there is nightly entertainment and weekly fireworks displays.
