Vacation Property Overview

Set just behind the dunes with waving sea grass that guards the broad sandy beach lining the Atlantic, this North Forest Beach 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home makes the most of the magnificent ocean views with windows and sliding glass doors lining its length on each of its 2 stories. On the sunny first floor is a large kitchen with dark cherry cabinets, which opens to the dining area with fireplace where the table seats 6, and to the living area, with deep leather furnishings and wall mounted flat screen TV. Multiple sliding glass doors lead to the patio with table and chairs and plenty of additional seating which surround the large pool* and spa that edge the dunes and beachfront. Also on the first floor are 3 bedrooms with private baths: the master suite with king-sized bed and generous bathroom with splendid ocean views, the second, also a master suite with a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd with 2 twin beds. On the second floor is a second living area with a sectional leather sofa, large wall mounted flat screen TV, and access to the large deck. Another master suite is on this level with king-sized bed and large private bathroom.

In addition to free wireless internet access, guests have free tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. Also at Shipyard are 27 holes of golf, or try one of the three courses in Sea Pines Plantation. To go exploring, rent a bike at one of the many options available on island, and pedal down the 12 miles of beach running the length of Hilton Head, or rent a kayak and explore the tidal waters edging the marshes and creeks which are inhabited by shrimp, crabs, oysters, and amazing wildlife. For dining, shopping and entertainment, head to Coligny Plaza, with over 60 shops and a variety of restaurants plus movie theater.
