Vacation Property Overview

A convenient walk to the beach this home is 3rd row from the ocean in Sea Pines. Completely renovated it best can be described as beachy, fresh and fun and a delight for families of all ages. The first floor will be great for the kids with a bedroom with 2 sets of attached bunk beds and a TV with a Playstation 2, assorted games and a private bath. The laundry room is close by too. The second floor has a master with a king bed, TV and private bath. The final two guest rooms each have a TV and share a full bathroom with one having a king bed and the other having a queen bed.

What makes the house special is the living area that flows from the updated kitchen to the dining table for 6 to the comfortable living area with plenty of seating for good conversation or watching the flat screen TV. Then you step out on the screened in porch with more seating and a picnic table to keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool and oh what a pool & spa (which can be heated) it is. The home also has free wireless access.
