This luxurious home away from home provides the perfect forum for a family seaside vacation. Located in the gated community of Sea Pines just a short bike ride from South Beach Marina and only a few short steps to the beach, this elegant 5 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath house has everything, from a private pool* with heated spa and gas grill to a media room with big screen TV and mini kitchen.
Every bedroom features a private bath. The master suite, located on the first floor, has a king-sized bed and the bath has a jacuzzi tub. The great room with high ceilings and french doors also has a television, and is open to the dining area and gourmet kitchen with its custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Upstairs is the media room with queen sleep sofa, the laundry room, and 4 bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, two with queen-sized beds, and one with 2 twin beds. The home also offers free Wifi.
For days when other activities beyond the beach and pool are beckoning, there are many bike paths throughout the plantation winding beneath a canopy of long leaf pines and live oaks draped in spanish moss. There are numerous lagoons where turtles and alligators can be seen doing a little of their own sun-bathing. Also within Sea Pines is Lawton Stables, where trail rides run through Sea Pines Forest Preserve, a haven for all kinds of wildlife. Or for golf, try one of three courses or tennis is available at South Beach Marina and Harbour Town, as are a wide array of shops and restaurants like the Salty Dog at South Beach Marina.
