If you envision yourself having lots of fun on Hilton Head Island, this is the house for you. This five bedroom, three-bath home, which sits on a large lot in Shipyard Plantation, has it all! Walking through the front door you are greeted by a large ornate pool table in a room large enough to afford plenty of players and family tournaments. This room looks over the courtyard with a fantastic pool and spa and even a small waterslide!
From the pool room you enter a large kitchen that opens to the great room. This kitchen has everything for the gourmet cook- large Viking double oven stove with a six-burner gas cook top, large Sub Zero refrigerator, two Asko dishwashers and huge granite topped island. In the great room there is a terrific wet bar with three barstools, wine cooler and small refrigerator. The great room has lots of light from windows on three sides that include French doors that lead out to the pool. This room's two large sofas can view the 42" screen HDTV that is over the decorative fireplace. Between the living area and kitchen is the dining area with seating for six.
Down the hall from the kitchen are a large laundry room with granite countertops and a spacious bathroom with corian shower. The hallway ends at the queen bedroom with TV and large windows overlooking the woods.
On the other wing of the house are four spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has built in bookshelves, a double bed and TV with DVD. The second bedroom is a child's delight with two sets of bunk beds and a twin bed offering sleeping for five and lots of toys to play with. The third bedroom has two twin beds and even a fold away crib, if needed. Serving these three bedrooms is a spacious hall bath with a large walk in shower complete with rain showerhead. At the end of the hall is a master with a king bed that has French doors overlooking the pool. This room has a walk-in closet and a private master bathroom with spa tub and large shower with multi-head sprays.
Outside in the sunny courtyard is the large, very private pool and spa. There also is a tile table that seats six and various patio chairs. After your time at the Shipyard Beach Club, which is a drive away with ample parking, you can come back to your own private water fun park and play in your pool, spa and waterslide.
