Vacation Property Overview
Wonderful vacation properties are available through Hilton Head Rentals & Golf.This beautiful, extremely spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in Palmetto Dunes Plantation, with a lovely large "L" shaped pool in a tropical setting, just a 6 minute walk to the beach, is a perfect vacation retreat.
The totally coordinated great room is truly a "great room". Supported by a large tiled entrance, it has an open, spacious living room with a cathedral ceiling, a dining room that can seat as many as 10, and a large kitchen and breakfast bar area.
The living room offers two matching couches, two coordinated swivel chairs, a glass table with four chairs, a large TV with DVD and VCR and decorative fireplace and coffee table. All of this is under a two-story cathedral ceiling with a wall of glass on one side with views of palms, pine and oaks, as well as the large attractive pool.
As mentioned, the dining room will seat up to 10. A wall of windows, beautiful stone floor, and chandelier make this a very inviting setting for that special meal. The blond dining room furniture flows right into the very attractive kitchen with blond cabinets, wine rack, white appliances, and four breakfast bar stools. Additionally, there's a kitchen desk.
On this same level is the first of four bedrooms and the first of two master bedrooms. This bedroom has a King bed, armoire with TV, DVD, VCR, swivel chair and windows looking out to the palm trees. The large master bath offers a spa tub, dual sinks and a shower. Completing this main level is the laundry room.
Up five stairs to the second level is the second master. Here you'll find a King bed, a sitting area with a small couch that folds out to a Twin bed and an armoire with TV, VCR and DVD. This is an exceptionally large bedroom made all the more so as it has a cathedral ceiling with cathedral windows. The master bath offers dual sinks and a shower.
The third level offers the remaining two bedrooms, each with their own private bath. The third bedroom offers two Double beds and the fourth bedroom offers two Twin beds.
Outside is the inviting pool area with table and chairs, lounge chairs and gas grill. On the front porch are two rocking chairs that begin to set the tone for a relaxing fun vacation in a very attractive, inviting, comfortable retreat.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 28, 2010 until September 30, 2010.
*Pool heated upon request for an additional charge with 2 weeks advance notice. Please note that this pool can not be heated from November 1st through March 31st.
