Vacation Property Overview
Every vacation property is different, and that is why we at Hilton Head Rentals & Golf offer a detailed description on all our rental properties. From the moment you walk into this lovely second row, 3 bedroom 3 bath, never been rented, spectacular, ocean view beach home you get a warm, wonderful feeling. The foyer, with lovely bench and mirror, leads you into the beautifully decorated cathedral ceiling great room, with an incredible view of the ocean for a second row home. This room is decorated in warm tones of pale yellow, white and blue with designer touches throughout. The decorative fireplace has built in bookshelves surrounding it with TV, DVD and VCR. There is plenty of comfortable seating with two chairs and ottomans and sofa and loveseat providing seating for nine. Also there is a wicker desk with computer hookup for high speed internet access. Open to the living area is the dining area with small bar and seating for six all done in bright and cheery white wicker. Also open to the living room is the newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances, even a separate icemaker, and a breakfast bar seating two.
Off the great room is a lovely, large screened porch with lots of comfy wicker seating and a cathedral ceiling. You can imagine yourself out there in the rocking chair rocking to the sound and sights of the ocean waves. On either side of the screened porch are large decks with chaise lounges and an electric grill.
Through the great room on the left hand side is the master bedroom, which also has an incredible ocean view. This bedroom has designer bedding with matching draperies that frame the sliding door to the deck. It comes complete with TV, DVD and VCR in the armoire dresser. Off this room is its private bath with a shower/tub combination.
Walking back to the foyer takes you to the other side of the house, which has two bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Going down the hall you first encounter a large pantry/closet and then the laundry closet with side by side washer and dryer.
The first bedroom has a beach theme with queen bed with a white shutter headboard and designer accessories. Its private bath has nautical wallpaper and a combination shower/tub. Also this room has a small ocean view through the sliding doors that lead to the deck.
At the end of the hall is the second master with a king sized wicker bed, TV and DVD. It also has large sliding doors to the deck. Its private bath has designer wallpaper with matching shower curtain and a combination shower/tub.
The beach is just seconds away by walking down the back steps and continuing between the two oceanfront homes at the end of the street.
If you are looking for an Oceanside experience at a great price, this is the home for you. You will savor the ocean breezes and sounds in an unbelievably lovely, relaxing home every moment of your stay.
