This picturesque 5BR/3BA, second row home couldn't be more charming or exciting with its white picket fence, rooftop captain's walk balcony, which has limited views of the ocean. This home also features a private pool enclave, which includes a separate building specially designed for a large, private hot tub* .
When you step through the front door, you are immediately struck with the appeal of the great-room with its white columns, hard wood floors, and welcoming furnishings. The dining room, living room, and breakfast area come together to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living room offers two oversized sectionals and a chaise lounge, along with four wicker armoires with one containing a large TV and VCR/DVD. The formal dining room has a pine table with black chairs and a seating capacity of ten. The informal breakfast area has a handsome wood and bronze glass-top table, and four matching chairs. There are also four matching barstools situated between two columns, which add to the seating options in this very appealing great room.
Off the great room, tucked behind two glass doors, is a quiet, comfortable retreat. This retreat has two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), perfect for catching up or reflecting on life. The oak wood floors continue into the inviting kitchen. The dark counter tops and a sliding glass door, which offers views of the backyard and pool, accentuate the white cabinets and appliances. Off the kitchen is a laundry room that has a mini refrigerator.
At the end of a hallway is the first of two master bedrooms. Here you will find a king bed, an ornate armoire with a TV, and a chest with matching end tables, along with various plants. The private master bath has shower as well as a dressing area. Bedroom two has a king bed and TV and looks out directly to the pool and bedroom three has two double beds and a DVD player. Both bedrooms share a full bath.
Up one flight of stairs is the second master bedroom with a king bed, white furniture, an armoire housing a TV/DVD, and a sitting area. The lavender and white master bath features a spa tub with separate showers and dual sinks. On your way up to the third floor is a landing with a small couch and coffee table. At the top of third floor are two twin beds.
Also at the top of third floor is a door, with several locks discouraging children. This door opens onto a deck, which leads you up a stairway to the rooftop captains walk. From here you will have limited views of the ocean. This is a perfect hideaway for lounging, relaxing and soaking in the sun!
After touring this home, you will be eager to step out into your private backyard and pool area. The 16' pool is surrounded on three sides by the home, producing a courtyard effect. Ample seating is available on the raised balcony, which also offers a gas grill.
