Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island presents this 3 bedroom, 3 bath Low Country home in the North Forest Beach are that is just 4 houses from the beach.

Steps away from "Avocet's" front door are the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This three bedroom, three bath home with private pool and jacuzzi has been recently updated to include all new contemporary furnishings, tile floors, corian counters, and new appliances.

The first floor has a large great room that encompasses the kitchen with breakfast area, dining room and living room. Also located on this level you'll find the master bedroom and the laundry area. There is a large wrap around deck that allows access to the porch and pool area from all rooms (electric pool heat is available for an additional charge). On the 2nd floor you'll find one guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another with two twin beds, there is also a loft living area furnished with a sleeper sofa.
