The "Kingfisher" home provides your family and friends the opportunity to experience the finest in luxury beach vacations! Designed specifically for the vacation rental market, the house features astonishing architecture, multiple balconies, high ceilings and plenty of windows. The home offers the perfect floor plan and has been professionally furnished and decorated to meet your highest expectations.
Central to the design of this innovative home is the great room which can easily accommodate wonderful indoor gatherings. The great room consists of a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting area with a TV, DVD and VCR. Just off the great room is a screened porch with a picnic table.
The home offers 5 spacious bedrooms including 2 master suites. Each bedroom features a private bath. For your convenience the home has been equipped with wireless internet. There is also a second floor loft that offers an additional sitting area with television and DVD player.
While outdoors at the home, we promise you will be delighted with your very own covered poolside bar and entertainment area equipped with a TV, microwave, refrigerator, oversized picnic table, air hockey and ping pong table. Just across from the private pool and jacuzzi, on the opposite side of your nicely landscaped yard, you will discover a custom built double Savannah brick grill which is perfect for grilling!
On the main floor, you will find the children’s den which is connected to the bonus room that features 4 twin beds and a private bath.
Following the stairs to the first floor you will find yourself in the great room. The first bedroom is one of two master suites. This bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony and bath. While on the first floor you can choose to relax in the great room or enjoy the view from the large balcony that overlooks your private pool and jacuzzi.
On the second floor you will find the loft area. The loft area offers comfortable seating including a queen size sleeper sofa and overstuffed sitting chair. Just off of the loft area is the second floor balcony overlooking the pool, Jacuzzi, grill and ocean. On this floor there are 3 more bedrooms including the second floor master suite with a king bed, private balcony and bath. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is also located on this level.
Just steps away from the home is the Atlantic Ocean and 12 miles of the finest stretch of beach that you will find anywhere on the East Coast! While spending the day at the beach we hope that you and your family will watch for the dolphins that swim just off of our coastline, discover sands dollars along our shores or build the biggest of sand castles! You may want to rent a bike and ride along our beaches or choose to take a leisurely stroll and breathe in our soothing salt air. Whichever you may choose we hope you enjoy your stay with us on beautiful Hilton Head Island!
The pool can be heated for an additional fee depending upon the week of your stay. Please advise our staff prior to your stay if you would prefer the pool to be heated.
