Vacation Property Overview

Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island presents this 4 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath, located in Shipyard Plantation, just a short walk to the ocean.

Nestled on one of Shipyard's beautiful golf courses, "Tee Time" is a contemporary home that will provide a much needed getaway! It is a short walk to the beach, as well as easily accessible to the many bike trails of Shipyard Plantation.

This multi level home is open and inviting. The back yard features a pool w/jacuzzi, views of the golf course as well as a built-in gas grill for those afternoon barbeques. There is a large screened-in porch on the back deck that is also accessible from the master bedroom. The first floor features a large gathering area that includes the living room with a large screen TV, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook. The master bedroom is also located on this floor. The master bedroom is spacious and furnished with a king size bed. The master bath features a jacuzzi tub as well as a separate shower.

Just up a half flight of stairs is the second bedroom. This room is furnished with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds and a private bath with walk in shower.

Up another half flight of stairs is a sitting area that leads to two more bedrooms. One room is furnished with a queen size bed and the other is furnished with 2 twin beds and 1 twin daybed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
