Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island presents this 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home, located just 2 homes from the beach, in North Forest Beach.

This unique 3rd row unattached townhome offers the comfort of a private home without the seclusion and is only steps away from the beach and oceanfront complex pool. The decor is bright, cheery and the home gets lots of sunlight throughout the day. The owner updated the exterior in March 2007 and added a large two-tiered sun deck. The deck is accessible from the living room and dining room and is great for outdoor dining and afternoon sunning. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas on the first level of the home and affords a comfortable setting for family entertainment. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor off the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, television and a private bath. The second level features two bedrooms, both with two twin size beds, which share a bathroom. Parking is in the carport under the home.
