Q: Are all HiltonHeadRentals.com properties privately owned and professionaly managed?
A: All Hilton Head Rentals homes & villas are privately owned. We ask that you treat these homes & villas as if they were your own. They are managed by a property management company based on Hilton Head. Currently the companies hosting properties are:

Q: How do I get more information about a specific property?
A: Every property on HiltonHeadRentals.com is under the management of a licensed property management company in the Hilton Head Island area. Each company supplies the property description, photos, rates and amenities and all have a different rental policy. We ask that you read their terms and conditions before making your reservation.
Q: How do I book a property?
A: Using the availability tool on our site you can find out if a property is available for your timeframe, then once you have found a property you want to reserve click on the BOOK ONLINE or Get Full Rates w/Taxes and Fees button and you will be able to reserve it directly on the vacation rental company's website that manages the property. For each property listing on Hilton Head Rentals, there is a specific telephone number along with a direct link to the company website that will get you directly in touch with the property management company that handles the reservations for that particular property. You can also click on the Request More Information button where you can an ask question and you will be contacted directly by the property management company that manages the property.
Q: Where is the company Terms and Conditions located?
A: After selected a specific property, please click on the link titled Rental Terms. There you can read about that individual company’s policies and rental agreement.
Q. What if there is a problem during my vacation?
A. Contact information for the property management company should be included in pre-arrival instructions and posted in the rental. The person you have been directed to contact will be your best resource to quickly resolve any issues. Let them know of any concerns you have with the property and they will assist you as soon as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
Q: What about pets?
A: We do have pet friendly properties. Use the search filter on the left hand column to find all available pet friendly properties. In all other properties pets are not allowed, so for these we suggest you give your pet a vacation too!
Q: How can I find out exactly where a specific property is located?
A: Each property has a magnifying glass icon located in the middle of each property page. Click on the Property Location Map to see where the property is located through our Google map technology.
Q: How do I know the rentals are legitimate?
A: Every property on this website is managed by a licensed property management company on Hilton Head Island. All companies are in good standing with the local and state governing officials and have excellent reputations for superior customer satisfaction.
