Our quality, modern cottages have a three (3) star rating given by Canada Select who inspects our cottages yearly. Canada Select is the only organization, approved by all Provincial Governments who can rate tourist establishments in their provinces.
Our Sauble Beach cottage rentals are located at the North end of Sauble Beach, a short walk to the shores of lake Huron near the Sauble river and Sauble falls.
Sauble Beach is the First Beach in Bruce county and the Bruce peninsula to receive the Blue Flag status. Sauble is also known as the “Daytona of the North”.
When staying at Sunny Birch Cottage Resort, enjoy the spectacular sunsets. According to the National Geographic Society, Lake Huron is “one of the “two” best locations in the world. Go for a leisure stroll along 11 Km. (7 miles) of white sandy beach. Sunbathe, relax, swim and hike on the Niagara Escarpment trails, sailboard, canoe, kayak or sea-doo on the Crystal Blue clear waters of Lake Huron. Fishing, at our cottage resort, is among the best in Ontario.
During the early Fall season walk to the falls and see, the salmon jump upstream. Walk or stroll on the many trails in our area and enjoy the changing colors of the leaves.
In the Winter, enjoy our peaceful surroundings, cross-country ski, snowshoe or snowmobile right from our property, or go for a sleigh ride among the tall pines and cedars.
During the Springtime, see the forest come to life. Listen to the birds, communicate with nature. See our Ontario Provincial flower “the trillium”, wild orchards and Star gaze the millions of stars.
