Units feature a bedroom and living area, equipped kitchen, washer and dryers and some have bunk beds built into the hallway. All the living rooms open onto a balcony and some offer grand views of the Atlantic. Privacy walls separate each unit from its neighbors on either side.

The Breakers is comprised of nine buildings with parking available underneath. Two of the buildings face the ocean, with direct unobstructed views of the Atlantic horizon.
